We also like to do those personal hobby sites too, and we're now the unofficial and official webmasters for one of the most successful children's authors of all time, the late Enid Blyton (who died in 1968). New River Casual Furniture, well-known for its diverse line of rockers, also features Brazilian Cherry deep-seated collections, traditional and high-dining groups, specialty seating, including chaises, adirondacks, benches, gliders, swings and pergolas. New River's eco-friendly, water-based Rêve finish is highly regarded in the furniture industry.
Northgate Gallery, Inc. are located in Hixson, Tennessee, and are direct importers of antiques and fine furnishings, with monthly auctions and estate sales that include around seven hundred lots. This website includes a database that the client updates monthly via a private Admin area. The full list of lots is imported via a tab delimited spreadsheet.
Goodhew offer women's and men's lifestyle socks, men's boxers, and other accessory apparel products that are unparalleled in fit, comfort, styling, and durability. Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, this team wanted a very specific stylized website that matched their brand design. Their slogan is "High Performance for the Everyday World."
Eagle Bluff is an exclusive upscale residential and townhouse golfing community located in Chattanooga, nestled amidst scenically picturesque Eagle Bluff golf course's 18 holes championship layout. This is one of our smaller, simpler websites, with just a few pages and downloadable documents, plus an easily changeable slideshow.
KSM Promotions provides dimensional promotional advertising items to brand your company and products. They have a large selection of promotional products for meetings and events, product branding, and trade shows, and offer advertising specialties, gifts, custom imprinting, and more. They're based in Chicago and their database contains around 2000 products.
Greater Brainerd Dental aims to render the finest dental services as gently as possible. Located on Brainerd Road i Chattanooga, they offer all manner of general dental services including urgent repairs, preventative measures, and cosmetic work. Basic services include veneers, fillings, crowns. They also offer excellent dental hygiene.
The Hamilton County Democratic Party needed a complete website overhaul, and this new version includes a custom-built blog (complete with Atom feed) as well as a user admin that allows control over the calendar, subscriber list, newsletter, and other items. Future plans include a photo gallery, opinion polls, and a video library.
Euro Wife Finder is a professional dating/matchmaking service. The US-based owner has lived in Russia and worked closely with dating agencies in and around Moscow. The site includes a database with thousands of profiles for Russian and Ukrainian women, as well as a membership sign-up for men, and a fully-interactive correspondence system.
Surviving After Grief is intended for those are grieving; those who have suffered a loss in the family and are seeking comfort and advice from others in a similar situation. The website also acts a guideline for caregivers – tips on how to overcome that feeling of "awkwardness," and in particular how to be of some practical help in a time of great stress.
L.P. Cline Russian Art is a direct importer of original Russian art. Based in Chattanooga they offer an outstanding collection of fine art oil paintings, including Russian Impressionism and Contemporary Russian Paintings by many of Russia's most famous artists. This website features over 100 paintings as well as intricate hand-painted lacquer boxes.
Bash Party Rentals is a new party rentals and sales business located in Duluth, near Atlanta. They love to throw parties, plan events, and help customers make their bashes something extra special. This website has a fully dynamic shopping cart and database as well as a complex admin and system that can even download orders to QuickBooks.
Ringgold Middle School needed a new website that was easy to manage. We rebuilt the site from scratch and gave them an admin area that allows them to post announcements and notices as well as work directly with the coded pages; we designed the template in such a way that even manual changes to the content is easy for staff to manage.
Chattanooga-House.com is a simple website that showcases a contemporary Tennessee home for sale, some 5700 square feet on "Missionary Ridge" overlooking Chattanooga. The panaromic photo shown at the top of the site is the actual view from the rear of the home, while the front of the property is deliberately windowless (for improved security).
St Cecilia Consort of Atlanta is a semi-professional chamber orchestra specializing in both early music and music of the classical period. Located in the Midtown Atlanta arts district, and housed in the historic First Presbyterian Church, the orchestra adheres to historic performance practices and participates in the Musica Sacra Concert series.
Gods Answer 2 Cancer is the website of Monroe Trotter, a Gospel Medical Missionary Evangelist, in his fight to heal cancer. Having been diagnosed with cancer himself, Monroe has spoken with medical experts around the world and believes natural remedies are the answer. The original site was painfully slow-loading so we completely re-built and streamlined it.
Kyle Douglas Veazey is a local singer/songwriter from the Chickamauga area. Wanting to avoid the traditional MySpace template, he asked us to create for him a new template based on his exact requirements. Overwriting a MySpace page with a custom layout is not easy; MySpace code is notoriously horrible and difficult to work with! But we got there.
Bibs Books is an online bookshop selling used children's books, in particular vintage hardcover editions of all the old favorites dating back as far as the thirties and forties. Although we designed and created this website, the owner is able to maintain his own inventory via a private admin area. He will also be updating his own static pages in future.
Landmark Design Group is a full service exterior and interior landscape design and installation company serving Tennessee, Georgia, and the Carolinas. Also offering landscape lighting; waterfalls, ponds and streams; pavers and retaining walls; irrigation and lawn turf; tree work and clean up; drainage and erosion control; and full service and maintenance.
Jefferson Press is a nationally-distributed publishing house focused on bringing strong voices to print. Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the company publishes fiction and non-fiction. The company's first book in print continues as a paperback classic, while new works have added to important books in print.
Online Radio Dial promises to be a one-stop source of local radio stations in Chattanooga and surrounding areas, featuring a range of genres such as classical, rap, rock, Christian, and more. We created a Flash animated module so that users can actually tune in to their favorite station using the seek buttons, and then stream the show direct from the station.
David Magee is an award-winning columnist for the local Chattanooga Times Free Press and the non-fiction author of eight books, including the just-released The South is Round and the upcoming How Toyota Became #1. David is also the co-owner of Chattanooga's largest independent bookstore, Rock Point Books, and the founder of a publishing company.
Hat Chau Artistry offers unique hand-made floral greeting cards, primarily with exotic orchid designs. Hat Chau has worked in the floral and landscaping industry all his working life and knows about plants, especially orchids. Apart from his greeting cards, he also makes seashell containers and does flower arrangements and landscaping in and around Chattanooga, TN.
The Belaires Sixties Show Band performs classic hits from the 1960s at venues within an 300 mile range of Chattanooga, Tennessee. The band was formed as a reunion of members from previous successful bands. You can listen to samples of their music by navigating to the Song List page, which also lists many other sixties hits in the Belaires' repertoire.
PSI Fibers, located in LaFayette, Georgia, is a manufacturer of synthetic fibrillated and monofilament fibers specifically engineered for use as secondary reinforcement in ready mix concrete and cement-based building products. PSI produces the fibers and bag them using the patented AutOBatcher Concrete Fiber Bag Dispenser system.
Dalton Rugs and Carpet, the Quality Rug Company, is located in Chatsworth, Georgia. They manufacture and supply a wide range of heat-set, wool and bound rugs for the home and office, along with runners and carpet. We designed this website with a focus on simplicity, to enable customers to browse the rugs in a very easy and logical fashion, either by color, style, or name.
Books Never-Ending sells new and used books. The bookshop is located just off the I-75 at Fort Oglethorpe and Ringgold, and offers all the latest bestsellers as well as an extensive range of old favorites by popular authors, timeless literary classics, and dusty old secondhands. This site is a trade project, so we'll build it slowly over time in exchange for free books!
Heritage Crisis Solutions are a Crime and Trauma Scene Decontamination Service compassionately serving families in a time of crisis. They offer a professional service in the proper decontamination of all potentially infectious materials following a traumatic incident such as homicide, suicide, decomposition and accidents.
Bullmoose Photography is based in Athens, Georgia. Radi, the owner, is the official photographer for the Georgia Bulldogs football team and has had his work published in hundreds of newspapers and magazines. Recently the website was reorganized to allow for the inclusion of weekly game pictures, and also to encompass his wedding photography.
Faces of the Children is a fund started by Abe Boyarsky of the Doulos Ministries to help children in Southern Africa who have lost their parents to AIDS and most of whom are themselves HIV positive. These children who have already lost so much are usually shunned by others of their society and turned over to orphanages to try to care for them.
Cascade Outdoors is located on Tennessee's Ocoee River and offers some of the finest whitewater rafting in the world. They customize their Ocoee River rafting trips to suit the rafters (whether veteran or first-timers), and provide all the river gear, expert Ocoee guides, and transportation to the river. (This website is a redesign of a pre-existing site.)
Farming Rock Meadows is a housing development located just east of historical Chickamauga and south of Chickamauga Battlefield in Catoosa County. Farming Rock Meadows offers a peaceful, quiet country setting, perfect for the family with children, or the empty nester. A choice of several homes already built, or lots for custom-building a dream home.
Armon Cheek is a Portrait Painter, or Portrait Artist, who resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and works primarily in oils on canvas, and pastels. An accomplished artist, Armon can produce the desired mood and composition for his client and the subject. Working from photographs, Armon can produce a life scale portrait of a child or adult, or a family grouping.
The Enid Blyton Society was formed in early 1995 and aims to provide a focal point for collectors and enthusiasts of Enid Blyton through its magazine, its annual Enid Blyton Day, and its website. This is the official website for the one of the world's most successful children's authors. (White Oak Design took over this website and re-built it from the ground up.)
EnidBlyton.net is White Oak Design's very own unofficial fan site of Enid Blyton, who wrote many popular series including the Famous Five, the Five Find-Outers, the Barney Mysteries, Malory Towers, St Clare's, the Secret Seven, the Adventure Series, the Secret Series, and more. This website features, among other things, reviews of many of the books.
The Rental Place is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and supplies party rental equipment for all types of events including small intimate dinners, black tie extravaganzas, fund raisers, corporate events, weddings, children's birthday parties, and more. The website offers an endless array of party items, all categorized and fully searchable.
Safety Slides are used for moving furniture. The Safety Slide is the first heavy duty industrial moving slide with recognizable yellow and black safety colors, making it easier to move heavy furniture and equipment from one location to another. Additional accessories include the Safety Lifter Bar, to ease up the furniture so you can position the furniture slides underneath.
Georgia Bulldogs Prints is a site dedicated to UGA "Dawg" football enthuiasts, offering canvas artwork, posters, prints, photos, collectibles, and limited editions. A lot of items are framed and/or autographed, and they also stock autographed collectibles and limited editions. Literally hundreds of Georgia Bulldog images available.
Sports Masterpieces is the mother site of Georgia Bulldogs Prints, offering the same canvas artwork, posters, prints, photos, collectibles, and limited editions but for a much wider range of teams throughout the USA, from Miama to Alabama, Boston to New York, all the way across to San Diego and San Francisco, and back through Nebraska, Indiana, and more.
Allard & Co, located in London, has been established and supplying office furnishings since 1870. Planning and equipping workplaces has never been more challenging; in this fast-paced world, simply providing for today's requirements is not enough – workplaces must be able to adapt and incorporate new innovations in both equipment and methods of working.
Stainless Tank is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and is an ASME code shop fabricator of stainless steels and alloys. They build mix tanks, reactors, vessels, towers, storage tanks, columns, scrubbers, cyclones, hoppers, coils, and client custom designs. The majority of their work is Stainless Steel, but they also work in Titanium, nickels and Hastelloys.
